What Ursa's Rage does

Lowers enemy squad defense for two hours.

A kingdom level buff more than a personal one. Its value scales with how many people are attacking the same target.

Ursa's Rage lowers enemy squad defense for two hours, so the Ironclad War Bear goes on the main march that attacks. It pairs with a lethality pet on the same march and makes every hit land harder for the whole window.

What it costs to level

At level 100 the Ironclad War Bear carries a 33.52% troop attack and defense bonus and 2,413,440 power. That bonus applies whether the skill is on cooldown or not, which is why a pet you never trigger is still worth levelling.

Pet Food cost and the troop bonus are set by the generation, so two pets of the same generation cost exactly the same to raise. Their power and their skill are what differ.
